This past year I held a student leadership position at my University as a photographer for Global Outreach. Global Outreach focuses on local communities in the Phoenix area. University students are given the opportunity to engage with children and families who have relocated to the USA from other countries. Students are able to gain a wider perspective of the world and other cultures while also serving and befriending their neighbors. Each week I had the opportunity to photograph different outreach events! Some of my pictures are featured below.
