This is a poster I created for an assignment in University. I drew the girl using Procreate and based it off a real photograph. I created the hands and map on Illustrator. I highlighted the different countries where child marriage is more prominent. The Poster was created as if it was made for World Vision to raise awareness on the child-marriage crisis. All the written facts and statistics come from World Vision. Child marriage is something I am extremely passionate about. Spending time in the Middle East I became friends with many different girls. Some of them were in arranged marriages at a very young age. This had an extreme impact on their lives and futures. I saw the way it impacted and killed dreams. This poster is inspired by my friends living this reality.
